Inclusions:

• Round-the-Clock Staffing: Our team covers every shift with precision:
  • 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM: 2 employees on duty.
  • 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM: 2 employees on duty.
  • 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM: 1 employee on duty.
• Experienced Administrator Oversight: Our skilled administrators handle all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance and smooth running.
• Complete Operational Management: From staffing to day-to-day tasks, we manage every detail so you don’t have to.

1. Shifts Calculation:

• Shift 1: 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM (8 hours net, excluding lunch)

  • 8 hours worked per employee
  • 2 employees on duty
  • Total hours per day: 16 hours

• Shift 2: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM (8 hours net, excluding lunch)

  • 8 hours worked per employee
  • 2 employees on duty
  • Total hours per day: 16 hours

• Shift 3: 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM (8 hours net, excluding lunch)

  • 8 hours worked per employee
  • 1 employee on duty
  • Total hours per day: 8 hours
