Rosenthal Community Care Services · Introducing modular FMS

Why Hire Just One Administrator When You Can Build an Entire Management System?

For California RCFE and ARF investors, our proposed Facility Management Services model combines designated administrator expertise, a trained on-site leadership structure, and centralized operational support. One coordinated management arrangement. Transparent pricing that follows your facility.

A different approach to facility ownership

Your investment deserves more than one person's bandwidth.

When you own a residential care facility, you're running a care operation, a staffing operation, a documentation system, and a business. Our vision is to connect those moving parts through one accountable management framework, designed around your facility's actual needs.

Think about the conventional option: hire one administrator at $34 an hour, then build the scheduling, documentation, staffing contingency, reporting, and supporting infrastructure around that individual. RCCS offers a different proposition: access to a coordinated management model that brings together an assigned administrator, trained facility-level leadership, and organized remote support.

The result is a simpler owner experience. You have one proposed management arrangement, a consistent operating methodology, documented performance reviews, and room to add specialized services as your facility grows.

01 · ACCOUNTABILITY

Administrator-led oversight

Your designated administrator conducts structured, inspection-style reviews, develops the on-site designee, and directs priorities that support facility readiness and daily operations.

02 · EXECUTION

Trained on-site leadership

A qualified facility designee coordinates caregivers, follows established escalation procedures, and helps put the administrator's systems into practice every day.

03 · VISIBILITY

Centralized documentation support

A supporting offshore administrative team reviews configured Alcomy records, monitors outstanding documentation, and organizes reports and follow-up for your on-site leadership.

Built around measurable execution

Every administrator visit has an agenda. Every visit has an outcome.

Our proposed visit methodology is intentionally structured. Your administrator reviews the available documentation before arriving, walks in with priorities, assesses the facility using a consistent checklist, coaches your designee, and finishes with clear assignments. The goal is to make each scheduled visit productive, actionable, and valuable to the owner.

Before the visit

Centralized support prepares documentation-completion reports, staffing concerns, open action items, and relevant care-record exceptions for administrator review.

During the visit

The administrator conducts a focused inspection-style review, coaches the on-site designee, and addresses priority operational and licensing-compliance matters.

After the visit

Your FMS reporting process records findings, owners, follow-up deadlines, and action completion so the facility's management team can maintain momentum between visits.

The proposed routine support allowance is up to one scheduled on-site visit weekly as needed, within 10 included hours monthly. Owner-requested discretionary hours beyond the included allowance are $150/hour with written preapproval. Designated administrator coverage, required duties and any additional hours necessary for the specific facility will be established in its regulatory-compliant management agreement.

Transparent economics

Compare a single full-time salary with a coordinated FMS arrangement.

For illustration, consider a six-resident RCFE using our proposed bundled FMS pricing, compared with the wages of an administrator hired for 40 hours weekly at $34/hour. The two options have different coverage models and scopes, so this comparison is a starting point for an informed ownership decision rather than a like-for-like staffing quotation.

Illustrative full-time administrator
$5,893/month

Gross wages alone at $34 × 40 hours × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months.

With an illustrative 30% employer-cost allowance, that becomes approximately $7,661/month. Actual employment costs differ.

Proposed RCCS six-resident RCFE FMS
$3,750/month

$1,200 bundled administrator component + 6 × $425 resident management.

Includes the defined management framework, not a dedicated 40-hour administrator position. Caregiver payroll, optional services and any facility-specific required additional coverage are addressed separately.

RCCS helps owners connect administrator expertise with structured scheduling, designee development, documentation oversight, call-off coordination, care coordination, and owner reporting. Instead of organizing all those functions alone, you begin with a management framework designed to work together.

Clear monthly pricing

Predictable fees that scale with your census.

Your FMS proposal begins with a mandatory administrator component and one comprehensive resident-management rate. Choose optional grocery purchasing and dedicated HR support only if you want RCCS to take on those additional activities.

Facility type Administrator with qualifying package Per resident per month Minimum billable census
RCFE $1,200 $425 3
ARF Level 3 $1,500 $650 2
ARF Level 4 $1,800 $650 2
ARF Level 5 $2,500 $750 2
ARF Level 6 $2,500 $750 2

Qualifying package means an RCCS RCFE licensing-application package or an RCCS ARF vendorization package, as applicable. Without a qualifying package, RCFE administrator pricing is $1,500/month; ARF administrator rates are $1,800 (Level 3), $2,500 (Level 4), or $3,200 (Levels 5–6). These are proposed FMS rates; your existing vendorization-only offering remains a separate service and agreement.

The owner experience

You own the vision. We organize the operating system.

RCCS FMS is designed for owners and investors who want experienced administrative leadership and a coordinated support team rather than having to organize every management function independently. With a defined designated administrator, a prepared designee, centralized documentation reviews, and a clear owner-reporting rhythm, the operational picture becomes easier to follow.

Our on-site designee training supports daily team leadership. Where the facility's Alcomy configuration permits, the offshore administrative team can review electronic medication-assistance records, bowel-movement entries, food and water logs, and additional configured care and output records, then escalate exceptions to qualified on-site personnel. Immediate resident care and required clinical decisions remain with the appropriate on-site and healthcare professionals.

Let's design your FMS agreement

Build the right management arrangement for your facility.

Tell us your facility type, your current census and which support services you want RCCS to coordinate. We'll use your estimate as the starting point for a facility-specific management proposal, operating responsibilities and service agreement.

Service and regulatory notes: The FMS structure and prices on this page are proposed and subject to individual agreement, personnel availability, facility assessment and applicable licensing and Regional Center requirements. The licensee retains responsibilities established by law; designated administrators fulfill their statutory duties and provide facility-specific presence and coverage. Routine included service allowances and rates for elective additional work do not limit required coverage. For applicable administrator rules, see CDSS administrator regulations. Alcomy is a third-party platform; available functions depend on configuration and access permissions.
