Care Talent Introduction Service
Rosenthal Community Care Services provides a third-party introduction service that connects residential care providers and other care businesses with Care Talent who have expressed interest in employment or professional opportunities. RCCS verifies current Candidate interest before the introduction proceeds.
Do not purchase this service until your client agreement is signed.
A signed RCCS Care Talent Client Agreement is required before payment. If payment is submitted before the applicable agreement has been signed, the payment will be refunded and the introduction will not proceed until the required agreement is completed.

The RCCS Care Talent Network is a controlled introduction process. Payment is not the first step.
What You Are Purchasing
The RCCS fee is for the introduction service. It is not a guarantee of employment, Candidate performance, or acceptance of an offer.
Included in the Service
- RCCS confirmation of the Candidate's current interest before the introduction proceeds.
- Release of authorized Candidate contact information after payment.
- Release of Candidate-provided information authorized for the specific introduction.
- Facilitation of the initial connection between the Client and Candidate.
- RCCS tracking of the specific Client-Candidate introduction.
Not Included
- RCCS does not employ, pay, schedule, supervise, discipline, or direct the Candidate.
- RCCS does not guarantee interviews, accepted offers, or length of employment.
- RCCS does not replace the Client's required hiring, background, or credential review.
- RCCS does not become a party to the employment relationship between the Client and Candidate.
Care Talent Introduction Rates
Each Candidate receives one predetermined classification and fee. Fees do not stack. The highest applicable classification controls.
