SoCal Assisted Living Facility - DIRECTORY
You do not have to find the right care alone.
Choosing care for yourself or someone you love can feel deeply personal. Rosenthal Adult & Senior Care Connections is here to listen, understand what matters, help narrow the search, make introductions and walk beside you as you consider the next step. Care needs matter. Comfort matters. Budget matters. Most importantly, the person matters.

Call us. Ask questions. Tell us what is happening. Let us help you understand care options, narrow the search and make introductions. Families and residents do not pay RASCC a placement or referral fee.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You can simply tell us what is happening. We will listen, ask thoughtful questions, help organize the search and guide you toward care options that may fit the person's needs, preferences, location and budget.
Tell us what you're looking for →Finding care for a parent, spouse, sibling, friend or even for yourself can bring a lot of emotion all at once.
You may be comparing care levels, room choices, prices, locations, personalities, safety, routines and whether a place simply feels warm and comfortable.
Rosenthal helps organize the search around the person — and there is no cost to families or residents for our placement guidance.
We Listen First
We begin with the person. We want to understand care needs, personality, routines, preferences, location, budget, room preferences, family concerns and what would help everyone feel more comfortable.
We Narrow the Search
Instead of handing you a long directory and wishing you luck, we help focus the search on care environments that may make sense for the person and the family's circumstances.
We Make Connections
When appropriate, we help coordinate introductions, availability conversations and tours so you can learn about potential homes before making a decision.
You Make the Decision
The resident and family remain in control. We can guide, explain and connect, but the final choice always remains with you or the authorized decision-maker.
A gentler path from “We do not know where to start.” to a clearer next step.
Tell Us About the Search
Start wherever you are. Tell us about the person, preferred area, timing, budget, care needs, concerns and what the family hopes to find.
Identify Potential Matches
We use our provider relationships and available information to identify care settings that may be worth exploring based on the person's needs and the family's priorities.
Connect & Tour
We help connect you with providers so you can ask questions, discuss availability, compare options and schedule tours when appropriate.
Choose With Confidence
You take the time you need to evaluate the options. If the first possibility does not feel right, tell us. We can keep helping you explore.
The right care should fit the person, not just the category.
Mobility, cognition, supervision, personality, routines, room preferences, hospice involvement, location, budget and family priorities can all shape which environment may feel appropriate.

The Western Lights Residences is affiliated with Rosenthal ownership and is currently pending licensure. Build the Relationship
We prefer knowing the operators and environments behind the names we provide to families.
Receive Appropriate Referrals
When a prospective resident appears aligned with your setting, we can coordinate an introduction.
Rosenthal begins with people because care is deeply personal.
Rosenthal Adult & Senior Care Connections is led by Marky Pascua and Kelvin Garcia, owners and managing partners working directly across care operations, provider relationships and placement services.
Together, Marky and Kelvin are building Rosenthal around a simple belief: when someone is trying to find care for a person they love, the experience should feel patient, compassionate, transparent and human. Families deserve thoughtful guidance, residents deserve dignity and choice, care providers deserve strong professional relationships, and healthcare professionals deserve responsive partners.
Their approach is hands-on and personal: listen first, understand the person, understand the care environment, build the relationship and then help make the connection. You do not need to arrive with every answer. Start with the story, and Rosenthal will help you think through the next step.
We are not here just to find a bed. We are here to help you search for a home.
ROSENTHAL ADULT & SENIOR CARE CONNECTIONS
You can ask us the questions you are afraid might sound basic.
You are not expected to already understand residential care. That is part of why we are here.
Does it cost my family anything to use RASCC?
Do I need to know exactly what kind of facility we need?
What if the first home we see does not feel right?
Will you consider our budget?
Do you decide which facility we choose?
Can we call even if we are only planning ahead?
Tell us what is happening. We will help you find the next step.
Whether you are searching for care for yourself or someone you love, coordinating a discharge, planning ahead, or trying to understand what options exist, you can start here. You do not need a perfect summary — just give us the basics and let us continue the conversation with you.
Request a Call
Give us the basics. You do not need to know the right terminology or have every detail ready. A member of the Rosenthal team can follow up and help you continue from there.
