The Rosenthal Care Group

One care group.
Three ways we serve.

We operate residential care, help families find appropriate care, and give current and aspiring facility owners practical consulting, education, tools, and support.

The Group

One organization.
A growing care ecosystem.

The Rosenthal Care Group brings together businesses that serve different parts of the residential care journey—from helping entrepreneurs build stronger care organizations, to helping families locate appropriate care, to operating residential care environments ourselves.

Our model is built around the belief that the future of care requires more than individual businesses operating in isolation. It requires stronger connections between operators, families, residents, professionals, resources, and communities.

Build the systems. Support the people. Improve the care.
Our Companies

A portfolio built around care.

Each Rosenthal company serves a distinct part of the care continuum while benefiting from the strength of a connected organizational ecosystem.

Portfolio & Affiliation Notice

Companies, businesses, and ventures presented within the Rosenthal care ecosystem may operate through separate legal entities. References to “our companies,” “the Group,” or a “Rosenthal company” describe organizational or brand affiliation and should not be interpreted, by themselves, as a representation that every listed business is wholly owned by The Rosenthal Care Group LLC. Legal ownership, licensing, contracting, and operating responsibility remain with the applicable entity.

What We Are Building

A care platform built to grow.

Our businesses are designed to reinforce one another while remaining focused on the customers and communities they serve.

The Care Ecosystem

Different businesses.
One connected mission.

TRCG is structured to support multiple points within the care journey—from building better operators, to connecting families with care, to delivering care itself.

Our Purpose

Building care businesses that serve people better.

The Rosenthal Care Group was built around a simple belief: residential care can be more personal, more responsive, better connected, and better supported.

The Rosenthal Standard

The name should mean something.

Across our companies, we are building a shared standard around how we approach care, operations, partnerships, service, and growth.

01

Personal

Care and service should feel human, responsive, and personal—not unnecessarily institutional.

02

Accountable

Strong organizations depend on communication, documentation, systems, ownership, and follow-through.

03

Practical

Solutions should work in real care environments, not simply look impressive on paper.

04

Forward

We build companies, systems, and partnerships designed for the changing future of care.

Executive Leadership

Vision at the top. Execution at every level.

The Rosenthal Care Group is led by two very different personalities who have learned to use those differences to their advantage. Marky tends to see the possibilities, the next company, the next system, and the bigger picture. Kelvin notices what is happening right now — how the environment is operating, what needs attention, and whether the details meet the standard. Around the group, those differences have produced a couple of unofficial names.

If You Know, You Know

When staring into space means he is probably working.

Some of Marky’s most productive moments can look suspiciously like nothing is happening. When he is in his office and someone sees him through the glass simply staring out into the open, the people who know him have learned what that usually means: he is in one of his creative moments.

Marky describes it as having imaginary plans laid out in front of him — businesses, systems, ideas, strategies, conversations, and future scenarios that he is moving around in his head as though they were physically in the room.

You can walk into the office. You can say his name. You can even start talking to him. There is a reasonable chance he will not register that you are there until the thought is finished.

That is where “The Mastermind” became less of a title and more of an inside joke: if Marky is staring through the glass, something that does not exist yet may be getting built in his head.

Professionally, Marky leads corporate strategy, business development, brand architecture, growth planning, new ventures, systems design, and the long-range direction of The Rosenthal Care Group. His background includes more than a decade in corporate financial services, business analysis and execution, entrepreneurship, residential care administration, consulting, and hands-on development of care organizations.

Kelvin Justo Garcia

Also known as Kelvin Garcia
If You Know, You Know

Part cat. Part dog. Apparently, part tiger.

Kelvin has developed a reputation during facility visits. The cat part is the way he moves: quietly, deliberately, and somehow without announcing where he is going. One minute he is across the home; the next minute he is standing behind someone who had no idea he had entered that part of the building.

Then there is the dog part. His sense of smell has become company lore. Kelvin can pick up an unpleasant odor almost immediately after a door opens, and there is very little chance the visit will continue without him calling it out.

That created an unofficial rule around the facilities: if Kelvin is coming, make sure the home smells good. Not because a home should smell good for Kelvin, but because it should feel clean and comfortable every day for the people who live there.

Somewhere between the stealth, the nose, and the relentless attention to operations, “The Asian Tiger of Operations” stuck.

Professionally, Kelvin is the operational counterpart to the group’s strategy. An ARF Administrator with hands-on residential care experience, he focuses on care operations, staffing coordination, quality systems, facility readiness, workflow discipline, and the practical details required to turn plans into consistent day-to-day execution.

When They Visit Together

Kelvin checks the home.Marky checks the people.

There is an unofficial division of labor that happens almost automatically when the two walk into a care environment together. They rarely need to discuss who is looking at what. They simply separate, observe, and compare notes afterward.

Kelvin / Operations

The environment

Kelvin looks at cleanliness, odors, organization, physical conditions, workflow, staffing execution, and whether the home is functioning the way it is supposed to function.

Marky / People

The human side

Marky gravitates toward caregivers, residents, and consumers — asking questions, watching interactions, listening, and getting a sense of whether people appear comfortable, respected, supported, and engaged.

Then they compare notes. One is looking at the system. The other is looking at the people living and working inside that system. That combination — imagination and execution, people and operations, vision and detail — has become a large part of how The Rosenthal Care Group approaches the organizations it builds.

The Next Chapter

Built for what comes next.

The Rosenthal Care Group is building an integrated portfolio of care and care-support businesses designed to serve growing needs across residents, families, operators, professionals, and communities.
