The Rosenthal Care Group Featured in SoCal Journal
A Southern California publication takes a closer look at the growing Rosenthal model—connecting residential care, care navigation, consulting, education, caregiver resources, and business support through one expanding family of care companies.
“The Rosenthal Care Group Is Building a Connected Future for Care” — published September 9, 2026.
A Closer Look at the Connected Rosenthal Care Model
The SoCal Journal feature examines the strategy behind The Rosenthal Care Group and the different companies being developed within the broader organization.
Rather than asking one company to serve every purpose, the Rosenthal model gives individual businesses clearly defined roles while creating opportunities for those businesses to complement one another.
Residential Care
The Western Lights Residences represents the residential-care side of the organization, with a focus on residential care environments and the continued development of future Rosenthal care homes.
Care Connections
Rosenthal Adult & Senior Care Connections helps families explore assisted living, independent living, memory care, and in-home caregiving options based on care needs, location, budget, and family expectations.
Operator Support
Rosenthal Community Care Services supports care-business owners, aspiring operators, administrators, and caregivers through consulting, education, tools, training, facility readiness, and practical business resources.
Where RCCS Fits Into the Bigger Picture
Rosenthal Community Care Services was built around the business, educational, and operational side of residential care.
Our work supports current and future RCFE and ARF operators, administrators, caregivers, and other care-industry professionals who need practical resources to move from an idea to an organized and functioning care business.
That may mean answering a focused operational question, assisting with licensing preparation, reviewing physical-plant readiness, preparing for inspections, creating forms and systems, providing caregiver education, or developing tools that make everyday operations easier to understand and manage.
Different Needs Often Belong to the Same Care Journey
A family looking for the right assisted living environment and a facility owner preparing a home for residents may appear to be on opposite sides of the industry. In reality, both are part of the same larger care system.
The same is true for caregivers looking for education and employment, administrators strengthening operations, referral professionals trying to identify appropriate care options, and entrepreneurs entering the residential-care industry.
The long-term Rosenthal strategy is to build businesses capable of serving these different points independently while creating a stronger network when those needs intersect.
Sharing the Journey While the Organization Is Still Growing
One of the most meaningful parts of the SoCal Journal feature is that it captures The Rosenthal Care Group during its growth stage, rather than only after every part of the organization has already reached its final form.
Some Rosenthal services are already active. Other companies, healthcare ventures, service lines, partnerships, and expansion plans remain in development.
The objective is not to present a finished organization. It is to build a strong foundation, allow individual companies to develop their own expertise, and expand where the organization believes it can provide practical value.
For RCCS, that means continuing to expand practical consulting, education, digital resources, facility-readiness services, caregiver support, and tools created around the real questions residential-care providers encounter.
