Candidate Information & Verification

Direct phone numbers, email addresses, government-issued identification and other private information are not displayed in the public directory. Availability changes quickly, so an RCCS administrator will reconfirm each Candidate's current availability and interest before an introduction proceeds.

Employer Responsibility

RCCS provides a third-party connection service and is not the Candidate's employer. Background and TB statuses shown here are high-level Candidate profile information unless expressly identified as verified by RCCS. The hiring facility remains responsible for its own interview, hiring, credential, background, health-documentation and employment requirements.

Transparent Role-Based Pricing

RCCS Care Talent Introduction Rates

There is no charge to browse the RCCS Care Talent Network or to request an availability verification. Each Candidate receives one predetermined RCCS classification, and the introduction fee follows that classification. This keeps pricing consistent and removes case-by-case fee decisions.

Specialized Administrator Pricing Tiers

Specialized administrator fees are not negotiated candidate by candidate. RCCS assigns Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 based on the Candidate's documented level of relevant operational and leadership experience.

Tier 1 — $499 Qualifying specialized program experience that meets the applicable Regional Center or ALW / CalAIM experience classification.
Tier 2 — $749 Qualifying experience plus meaningful operational responsibility, program implementation, staff oversight, documentation, care coordination, behavior-plan oversight or comparable specialized responsibility.
Tier 3 — $999 Advanced specialized leadership, administrator-level implementation, vendorization / program-development involvement, survey or enrollment readiness, or significant management of high-support programs.
RCCS Pricing Rule: One Candidate receives one classification and one predetermined introduction fee. Fees do not stack. The highest applicable classification controls. Specialized administrator pricing is used only after RCCS has classified the Candidate's qualifying experience; otherwise the standard administrator fee is $299.
