Return and Refund Policy

At Rosenthal Community Care, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Below is our return and refund policy:

Physical Products:

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please contact us at orders@rosenthalcommunitycare.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Digital Products (Research, Contracts, Letters, Resume, etc.):

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Client agreement to the final product is required before the soft copy is emailed. Once the soft copy is sent, the project is deemed completed by both client and Rosenthal Community Care, LLC.

General Terms:

All clients are bound by our terms of service and arbitration agreement.

Refund Processing:

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process upon receiving approved returned items. By purchasing from Rosenthal Community Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our return and refund policy.
