A Message From Our Founder

Every Great Journey Has a Beginning

You do not have to be in the United States to begin learning about American caregiving principles. You can begin preparing yourself wherever you are today.

My name is Marky Ramone Richmond Pascua, also known as Marky Pascua. I am the Founder and CEO of The Rosenthal Care Group.

I began my professional career in the Philippines in 2009. In 2013, I immigrated to California, where I continued building my career.

Today, my husband, Kelvin Justo Garcia, and I are building a network of businesses focused on caregiving, assisted living, professional education, care placement, and operational support.

One of our goals is to make the knowledge we have gained in the United States accessible to people who might otherwise never have the opportunity to learn directly about California caregiving practices.

Our vision extends beyond selling educational courses. We want to help people develop knowledge, demonstrate commitment, and become better prepared for potential opportunities in the caregiving industry.

We want aspiring caregivers to have a place to start, a reason to keep learning, and a chance to demonstrate what they are capable of achieving.

Our Philippines Vision

Our Next Ambition: A Caregiving Campus in Pampanga

Our online education program is only the beginning of what we hope to build.

We are developing plans to establish a physical caregiving education campus in Pampanga, Philippines.

We envision a learning environment where aspiring caregivers can build on their online theoretical education through structured classroom learning, supervised practical instruction, professional development, and caregiving skills preparation.

Our proposed campus would create an opportunity to connect online learning with practical caregiving education.

We hope to establish an environment where students can strengthen their caregiving knowledge while learning about the expectations of professional care environments in California.

Why Pampanga?

We want to contribute to educational opportunities in the Philippines and make Pampanga an important part of our long-term international caregiving education strategy.

Our vision is to bring together education, community support, practical learning, and professional development within one expanding educational initiative.

The Pampanga campus remains a planned development. Our current online educational library allows aspiring students to begin learning while we work toward that vision.

Our Care Industry Network

Education Connected to a Real Caregiving Industry

What makes this educational initiative particularly meaningful to us is our existing involvement in the American care industry.

Rosenthal Community Care Services (RCCS) provides consulting, professional education, and operational resources for residential care businesses.

Our sister company, Rosenthal Adult & Senior Care Connections (RASCC), operates within the senior care placement and care coordination sector.

Through our existing professional relationships, both businesses work with assisted living homes and home care organizations that have continuing caregiver staffing needs.

These relationships have helped us recognize the value of connecting aspiring caregivers with relevant education and professional development opportunities.

As our international educational initiative develops, we hope to build a larger network connecting education providers, care organizations, and qualified professional service partners.

We want to help prepare people for an industry we already work with every day.

The first objective is education. Our longer-term ambition is to develop responsible pathways through which qualified individuals may explore future career opportunities.

Understanding Future Possibilities

Can Filipino Caregivers Build a Career in the United States?

There are legitimate employment-based immigration pathways that may be available to qualifying caregivers when U.S. employers are able to sponsor them.

This is not simply an aspiration without any legal foundation. U.S. immigration attorney Michael J. Gurfinkel has publicly discussed the possibility of employment-based immigration for caregivers from the Philippines.

In his May 5, 2026 article, "You Can Petition Family Members for An Employment-Based Green Card!", Attorney Gurfinkel explained that certain employment-based immigration opportunities extend to occupations such as caregiving.

He specifically discussed how qualifying relatives in the Philippines could potentially be sponsored for genuine caregiving positions by eligible U.S. employers.

In another article, "Caregivers Needed At Your Care Homes?", he also discussed how assisted living operators, including smaller care homes, may explore employer-sponsored immigration when applicable requirements are met.

His discussion highlights an important opportunity: caregiving can be relevant to legitimate employment-based immigration pathways, not exclusively to people holding university degrees.

Such opportunities depend on genuine job openings, employer eligibility, applicable recruitment requirements, individual qualifications, immigration eligibility, and visa availability.

Students interested in these possibilities should understand that an online caregiving course is educational preparation, rather than an immigration qualification or a guarantee of overseas employment.

Our Long-Term International Strategy

Building Connections Beyond the Classroom

An important part of our future international education strategy is establishing relationships with qualified immigration professionals and a properly licensed overseas recruitment partner in the Philippines.

Our goal is to explore responsible ways for qualified, interested caregivers to learn about legitimate international employment opportunities.

We envision an educational initiative that recognizes students who demonstrate dedication, professionalism, consistent learning, and a genuine commitment to providing quality care.

As these partnerships are developed, we hope to create opportunities for eligible students to connect with appropriate professional partners and independently operated care organizations.

Any future overseas recruitment would be coordinated through appropriately authorized professionals and would comply with applicable Philippine and U.S. laws.

Actual employment opportunities, sponsorship, selection, and immigration decisions would remain subject to all applicable requirements.

Our educational courses are independently valuable and are not a requirement for obtaining overseas employment through any third-party recruitment organization.

Education With a Purpose

Our Dream: A Caregiving Foundation That Gives Back

We believe financial circumstances should not prevent deserving people from having opportunities to develop their potential.

Alongside our planned caregiving campus in Pampanga, we also envision establishing a charitable foundation dedicated to providing educational opportunities to deserving aspiring caregivers.

Our goal is to develop a scholarship initiative that can provide free in-campus caregiving education to selected eligible students.

We want to recognize people who demonstrate genuine dedication, a willingness to learn, compassion, professionalism, and financial need.

Aspiring students can begin introducing themselves to our educational community through our existing online caregiving courses.

Those interested in future scholarships may choose to share their learning progress, achievements, and personal aspirations as the initiative develops.

From Online Education to a Future Campus Scholarship

We envision a future where hardworking students who might not otherwise be able to afford campus-based education can receive meaningful educational assistance.

Our planned foundation would be another way for The Rosenthal Care Group to invest in people and contribute to the development of compassionate caregivers.

The foundation and scholarship program are currently part of our future plans. Eligibility rules, application procedures, available scholarship funding, and selection criteria will be announced if and when the initiative is established.

Purchasing or completing an online course does not guarantee a scholarship, admission to the planned campus, employment, or immigration sponsorship.
