Course Overview
In this course, you will follow Mr. Rosenthal through realistic dementia-care moments involving repeated questions, confusion about belongings, uncertainty about time and place, emotional worry, and redirection needs.
This course focuses specifically on confusion, repetition, reassurance, validation, and respectful redirection. It is designed to avoid duplicating separate RCCS courses on dementia fundamentals, communication basics, sundowning, wandering, personal care, mealtime support, hospice, and detailed documentation.
