Course Overview
In this course, you will follow Mr. Rosenthal through realistic dementia-related behavior moments. You will practice calm caregiver response when agitation, yelling, refusal, suspicion, fear, or pacing occurs.
This course focuses specifically on caregiver response to behaviors. It does not duplicate separate RCCS courses on dementia basics, repeated questions, sundowning, bathing, eating, wandering, hospice, or family documentation.
