Course Overview
In this course, you will follow Mr. Rosenthal through documentation and family communication moments. You will practice writing objective observations, reporting meaningful changes, and speaking respectfully when family members are nearby.
This course focuses specifically on documentation and family communication in dementia care. It avoids duplicating separate RCCS courses on communication basics, repeated questions, sundowning, personal care, mealtime support, behavior response, wandering, hospice, or end-of-life care.
