Course Overview
In this course, you will follow Mr. Rosenthal through eating, hydration, and mealtime assistance situations. You will practice meal setup, cueing, hydration, safe positioning, food preferences, intake observation, safety awareness, and respectful reporting.
This course focuses specifically on eating, hydration, and mealtime assistance. It avoids duplicating separate RCCS courses on dementia-specific mealtime support, hospice appetite changes, advanced declining intake, general ADL consent, toileting care, or broad documentation basics.
