Course Overview
In this course, you will follow Mr. Rosenthal and other residents through realistic fire safety and evacuation awareness situations. You will practice recognizing alarms, thinking about exits, supporting residents calmly, supervising during drills, and reporting hazards or concerns.
This course focuses specifically on fire safety and evacuation awareness. It avoids duplicating separate RCCS courses on fall prevention, safe transfers, medical emergency response, infection control, incident reporting, dementia wandering, or broad documentation basics.
