Course Overview
In this course, you will follow Mr. Rosenthal through realistic medical emergency response situations. You will practice recognizing urgent changes, calling 911 when needed, observing clearly, staying calm, notifying the proper person, and documenting facts.
This course focuses specifically on medical emergency response basics. It avoids duplicating separate RCCS courses on fire evacuation, fall prevention, safe transfers, infection control, incident reporting, medication support, or broad documentation basics.
