Rosenthal Community Care Services Online Course
Medication Refusal and Reporting
What to do when a resident refuses medication or reports discomfort.

This course focuses specifically on medication refusal and reporting. It avoids duplicating separate RCCS courses on medication assistance basics, observing medication side effects, medication documentation awareness, medical emergency response, incident reporting, or general professional boundaries.
