Course Overview
In this course, you will follow Mr. Rosenthal during the late afternoon and evening, when he begins to show signs of restlessness, worry, and agitation. You will practice noticing environmental triggers, supporting a calmer routine, and responding with patience.
This course focuses specifically on sundowning and late-day support. It does not duplicate separate RCCS courses on dementia basics, communication techniques, repeated questions, bathing, eating, wandering, documentation, hospice, or general behavior response.
