Fire Pre-Inspection for ARF & RCFE Facilities

On-Site Fire Readiness Consultation for California ARF, RCFE, and Assisted Living Facilities

Rosenthal Community Care Services LLC provides Fire Pre-Inspection consulting for ARF and RCFE facility owners, applicants, administrators, investors, and assisted living operators throughout California, including Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Barstow, Wrightwood, San Bernardino County, and the greater High Desert region.

This Fire Pre-Inspection service is designed to help Adult Residential Facility and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly operators identify visible fire and life safety readiness concerns before the official fire inspection occurs.

Fire inspections do not fail randomly. Many failed fire clearances result from overlooked deficiencies, incomplete corrections, improper exit configurations, missing equipment, non-compliant alarms, blocked pathways, unclear ramp requirements, or misunderstandings regarding fire and life safety expectations for small residential care facilities.

RCCS’s Fire Pre-Inspection helps facility owners approach the fire clearance process more prepared, organized, and confident by identifying commonly cited fire-related concerns that may affect fire inspection readiness.

Service Type: On-site Fire Pre-Inspection / Fire Readiness Assessment
Price: $500
Service Area: Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Barstow, Wrightwood, San Bernardino County, High Desert, and other California locations by arrangement
