This service is especially helpful for facility owners and investors who want to better understand how a property may function as a California ARF or RCFE before moving forward with licensing preparation, fire clearance corrections, resident room planning, staffing workflow, or operational setup.

Facility Conversion & Assisted Living Startup Guidance

This service is ideal for clients evaluating whether a residential property, Airbnb, investment home, or existing care home may be suitable for ARF or RCFE use. RCCS may discuss general project feasibility, visible concerns, operational practicality, and next steps to consider before investing further.

Inspection Readiness & Facility Presentation

RCCS may provide guidance on how the facility presents from an operational, licensing, safety, and resident-care perspective. This may include discussion of cleanliness, organization, resident dignity, tour readiness, inspection readiness, first impressions, and facility positioning.

Staffing, Supervision & Workflow Considerations
